The challenge

When the founder retired, the sales channel retired with him

12,000 users across Australia and New Zealand rely on Central Workflow every day to keep consumer electronics repairs moving.

Yet they had no online presence whatsoever. The founder sold through networking and relationships, and when he retired, that channel went with him.

New CEO Sam West wanted to open up the US, UK, and Canada. That meant walking into conversations with enterprise service networks, companies with hundreds of staff and serious infrastructure to migrate, with no online credibility to reference.

The audience had also shifted. Much of the platform’s history was single-shop repairers paying around $150 a month. The buyers Sam needed now were enterprise operators requiring much larger projects.

Sam wanted these new buyers to land on the site and think: “These guys have been here forever – we just haven’t looked at their website before.”

Central Workflow

“Although we have hundreds of users that rely on it daily, we have no online presence whatsoever.”

The starting point

Elevating the messaging to elevate the ideal buyer

There had been a first attempt at a website. Sam ran AI across his own codebase and asked it to describe what the system did.

It returned a flat inventory of every capability the platform had, with no messaging hierarchy, no buyer psychology, and no website best practices. This wasn’t going to set Central Workflow apart from competing platforms and elevate them to the premium, enterprise partner that are.

That page, a folder of screenshots, and a set of platform walkthrough videos were our starting point.

The AI-written homepage Sam started from: a category headline and a grid of six features

The insights

The business was already proven. Only the presence was missing.

  1. Support sales conversations, don’t generate them at volume.

A niche B2B platform with a handful of realistic enterprise buyers doesn’t need a high-volume SEO plan or a wide funnel. It needs to hold up in a procurement discussion.

    The Decision

Every page built around proof and objection handling, rather than traffic generation.

  2. Elevate the audience to write for the enterprise network operator

The platform’s future is operators coordinating dozens of centers, a warehouse, finance settlement, and brand contracts. They require a very different conversation to a single shop owner.

    The Decision

A homepage that opens on the operator’s challenges, then introduces Central Workflow as the answer.

  3. Name the product category, then let it support the copy, not lead it.

It’s a job management system, a parts inventory, a retailer portal, and a finance settlement engine. Call it any one, and you undersell it; call it all four, and you’re back to a feature list.

    The Decision

We settled on service network management platform, then kept it in supporting copy so the value-driven messages could do real work.

Underneath all three, one goal: stop describing what the system contains, and start describing what it enables.

The approach

A proven message-finding process

  1. Brand audit & strategy sessions
  2. Competitive analysis
  3. Customer analysis
  4. Positioning strategy definition
  5. Homepage copywriting
  6. Website inner pages

Ongoing support through design & development

“They took a garbled list of features and screenshots and turned them into a coherent marketing platform. Her attention to detail was flawless. It was honestly hard to find anything worth using my revisions on.”

Before and after: from a definition to a credible claim

The website shifted from describing the product to communicating the value the buyer gets.

The old homepage hero: “Enterprise Service Network Platform.” with a feature-list subhead and one button
The new homepage hero: “The Central Hub for Your Service Network”, a value-led subhead, two buttons and a customer logo row

Three key considerations made it a high-converting website:

  1. We gave the website a problem to solve

  2. We wove in relevant social proof

  3. We answered the buyer’s objections, so they can enter the sales cycle with confidence
